Watch the tours
RoomSort and Magic Wand each have a short narrated tour. It plays the first time you open the tool. To watch one again, open First Pass and chooseHelp ▸ Watch the RoomSort Tour orHelp ▸ Watch the Magic Wand Tour (First Pass 5.18 and later).
Can't activate First Pass?
- Your activation key is on your account page. Sign in with the email you used for First Pass, then copy the key into the app.
- A private beta key works on the first Mac that activates it. Need it on a different Mac? Email us and we'll free it.
- The app needs an internet connection to activate. If it can't reach us, check your connection and try again.
Can't sign in on the website?
We sign you in with a link by email, so there's no password. If the email doesn't come within a few minutes, check your spam folder, thenask for a new link.
